Shipping Policy

Devine Custom Apparel LLC ships within the United States.

1. Processing Time

All items are made-to-order.

Processing time typically ranges from 5–10 business days, depending on order size and demand.

This does not include shipping time.

2. Shipping Methods

We ship via major U.S. carriers. Shipping times vary based on selected service at checkout.

Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

3. Shipping Delays

Devine Custom Apparel LLC is not responsible for delays caused by:

Carrier issues Weather conditions Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

4. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address:

The customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

ADDITION TO SHIPPING POLICY

Rush Order Shipping

If a customer selects rush production:

Production time is expedited. Shipping speed depends on the carrier option selected at checkout. Devine Custom Apparel LLC is not responsible for carrier delays, even on rush shipments.

Local Pickup Policy

Local pickup may be available for customers within our service area.

If local pickup is selected:

Customers will be notified via email or phone when the order is ready. Pickup must be scheduled in advance. Orders must be picked up within 7 days of notification unless prior arrangements are made.

Devine Custom Apparel LLC is not responsible for orders not picked up within the specified timeframe.

A valid photo ID may be required at pickup.

If an order is not picked up within 14 days and no communication is received, the order may be forfeited without refund.
